my agricultural philosophy embraces simple and timeless principles, drawing on the knowledge of my ancestors. However, I am distinguished by the use of mechanical machinery IN REPLACEMENT TO manual labor and trailing animals.
What really matters is the total absence of herbicides, fertilizers and pesticides, embracing the ancient practice of polyphonic cultivation and allowing half of my land to lie fallow. In August, this hibernating land is prepared by planting a vegetable mixture known as green manure, consisting of legumes such as Veccia Villosa and Ryegrass. The following year, this same area will welcome my rice, which will grow and develop in a naturally lush and healthy environment.
my seeds, which allow me to undertake cultivation to harvest the following year are completely organic.
My rice is born, grows and matures in a biodiverse environment.
